When U stop Traning................

In this competion world, there are lots of works to do in a everyday. So we should maintane our body to be Fit.Mean while we where going to gym or a fitness center, while we are aiming for a big dream there must be a lot of disturbence in it.There is a widespread belief that once you stop weight training, muscles will turn into fat."This is a myth".While having a long leave to your gym,the muscles may become loose and slightly weak. The rate at which the body exends calories may dip, making it easy for a person to gain fat.Pro long leave may make a person lose lean muscle tissue,it will decrease the metabolic rate further. If a person eats in less than ideal manner during this period,he is sure to store more fat. This may appear like all his muscles have turned into fat.The best way to stay out of this vicious cycle is to avoid overtraning.Follow tailor made routines and diet plans. This will ensure that you make an enduring commitment to fitness lifestyle. So,be fit.

Walk off your weight

Being savvy about how you work out you shed more pounds, says MARIANNE MCGINNIS

A lot of people ask."Should I focus in time, speed,or distance when I walk?"
Any exercise, period,is a great start! But being savvy All three element are important, like layering a pyramid. Here's how to build them into your routine.
Time your walks(
3 plus day a week). The first step to successful slimming is making exercise a habit.Time-based walks are the earlier way to do that because they're simple and adaptable.Pick manageable amount(say,20 or30 minutes to start)and just go at a comfortable pace.Over time, you'llburn more calories with regular walks than a single marathon session.
Speed it up(
1 or 2 days a week).Once you're consistent, sprinkle in speed. You'll burn 51 percent more calories just by increasing from 3mph to 4.Rather than trying to sprint through your whole workout, add short bouts of faster walking,1to5 minutes at a time with a few minutes at a moderate pace in between.

Go for the distance(1 day a week).Long walks teach your heart and lungs to pump more oxygen-rich blood with less effort.

The result more energy for shorter workouts and other activities.Once aweek, lengthen your walk by 10to15 minutes until you're doing an hour or more

Fat Attack!!

EAT SMART Know more about the nutrient that provides high energy and helps cushion internal organs.

Now that the festive season has taken a break till New Year comes along, the bad three letter world-Fat-can be discussed.
Fats contains a little over double the energy value of carbs or proteins. They are the primary storage forms of energy in our body. They must be included in the diet to reduce the large quantities of carbs and proteins which will otherwise be needed to make up the required total calories.Fats are made of buildings blocks called fatty acids.

These are classified by their hydrogen content,'Hydrogenated fats' like
Dalda are oils to which hydrogen is added to make them 'saturated' to resemble solid fats(fats that solidify st room temperature), like ghee, butter and margarine.Among oils, coconut oil is the most saturated. It solidifies in cold temperatures.

Familiar terms

Fat stores in the body:The excess energy(read:food)consumed and not spent by us us converted to fat and stored in the body in the form of adipose tissue. This is found just under the skin to provide padding for regulating body temperature and also ad a cushion for internal organs.

Adding on

Let's just look at the 'fat depots' of our body.Starting with the face, the puffed cheeks in a fat person; the 'double chin' at the jaw and neck areas are generally familial. The young and vibrant face changes into your typical dad or grands dad in a few years.
So,It's no earth-shaking discovery that we should be in full charge of our fat depots. While it's necessary to eat carbs and fats as energy giving foods, choose them judiciously and spend them completely, for which I recommend
