Need to go to the ATM?? Not at nights,not on a deserted street or in a calm places.Also see whether no one is close enough to grab the cash

Try to blend with the crowd in a foreign country where you are living.Don't stand out because of your clothes or behavior.Don't wear a contrast color clothes,if not needed.....
